Mallar Chakravarty (Professor, McGill University) is Director of the Brain Imaging Centre at the Douglas Research Centre, and leads the Computational Brain Anatomy Laboratory, which conducts translational neuroscientific research in animals and humans. His group has developed the RABIES pipeline for rodent fMRI processing and analysis and will consult with us on including it for use in this platform.
